Sometimes, the oars will come out of their oarlocks. That's okay. Be patient, gentle, and put them back in. Don't fight the water with force but create a rhythm and breathe while you move. Your boat Your body, mind, and soul were given to you as a free gift. No one asked for this gift but we all can choose to receive it. Be receptive. Honor the gift, be grateful for it, and take care of it everyday. Fluid surrounds a boat; air above and water below much the way that, as John O'Donohue said, your soul surrounds your body. If your body is breaking down, try to repair it with love and care so that you can keep balanced and stay afloat as long as you are able. T ake care to pay attention when you sense that all is not well with the fluid around you. ...
